What we're building.

Raintree Minerals LLC is a critical-mineral intelligence company. We publish a weekly source-cited brief and live dashboards across 58 critical minerals — supply concentration, export-control posture, price signals, and our Mineral Opportunity Score. We're also building a federal sourcing capability; that part is in development.

We exist because critical-mineral subindustries are small enough to map completely, and the universe of operators who can deliver is small enough to know personally. The buyers who need these materials — DLA Strategic Materials, DoD program offices, DOE MESC, and adjacent agencies — face DFARS, CRMA, and supply-chain transparency requirements that demand documented non-Chinese sourcing. Our intelligence maps that landscape, with citations.

Structure

Raintree Minerals is a subsidiary of Raintree Technology. Raintree Technology develops the infrastructure — entity registry, per-mineral commodity-price agents, and the intel pipeline behind the MOS score — that Raintree Minerals runs as its intelligence product. The two are legally separate; Raintree Minerals' SAM.gov registration, for the federal sourcing capability in development, is in progress.

Approach

Three commitments anchor everything we publish:

• Source citations on every claim. Supply, pricing, and producer information is tied back to primary government, regulatory, or producer disclosures so that diligence and audit trails stand up under scrutiny.
• Honest about what's live.The intelligence product ships today; the federal sourcing capability is in development, and we say so — no past-performance claims we can't back.
• Transparent on margin and conflicts. Where we earn finder, success, or referral fees, we disclose them. See /disclosure.
