Federal sourcing · In development

Federal critical-mineral sourcing — coming soon.

Our first product is intelligence: weekly source-cited briefs and live dashboards across 58 critical minerals. The next one is a federal sourcing capability— a way to connect agency buyers and primes with a vetted supplier bench in the mineral subindustries we already track. It isn't live yet. We're building the bench and the registration now; join the waitlist and we'll reach out when it opens.

Raintree Minerals LLC is a subsidiary of Raintree Technology. We don't hold active federal contracts today and we don't claim past performance we don't have.

What we're building

Mapped supplier universe

Critical-mineral subindustries are small enough to map completely. We're building a vetted registry of producers, refiners, labs, and haulers — the same coverage that powers our intelligence product.

Structured solicitation triage

NAICS-and-set-aside triage with documented supplier-coverage checks, so a buyer can find a credible team for a focus-area requirement quickly. In active build.

Source-cited by default

Supply, pricing, and producer claims tie back to primary sources with access dates recorded — the same discipline as our intelligence briefs.

For suppliers

Get on the bench before a solicitation lands.

If you produce, process, transport, test, or remediate critical minerals, introduce yourself now. A short note plus the items below is enough — don't format a full capability statement unless you already have one. We read everything ourselves.

  • Geography served
  • Quality system (ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR registered, etc.)
  • Open to back-to-back payment terms (sub paid when prime is paid)?

How teaming will work

  • Standard mutual teaming agreements scoped to a specific opportunity — not blanket exclusivity.
  • Sub scope, pricing, and pass-through terms pinned down before proposal submission, not after award.
  • Default payment posture is back-to-back: the sub is paid when the prime is paid by the government. Tell us up front if that's a dealbreaker.
  • If we can't use you on the bid that brought you in, you stay in the bench index for the next match.
